I am a birth and postpartum doula serving Tulsa, Oklahoma and the surrounding areas. My journey into this work began with my own six birth experiences with my six incredible boys. Through those hospital births, I saw firsthand how vital advocacy, steady support, and informed decision-making are during labor and delivery.

After navigating my own experiences, I felt called to become the support I once needed for other families in Tulsa.

As a Tulsa birth doula, I provide calm, grounding, and intuitive support throughout pregnancy and labor. I believe birth is both sacred and transformative, and every family deserves to feel heard, informed, and confident in their choices. My role is to offer evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, and strong advocacy within the hospital setting or wherever you choose to give birth.

As a Tulsa postpartum doula, I support families as they transition into life with a new baby. Postpartum is a sacred and vulnerable season, and you deserve nurturing care, practical guidance, and a steady presence during recovery and adjustment.

I am a Soonercare-certified doula and am passionate about making doula support accessible to families throughout Tulsa and surrounding communities.
